Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm.)

Eligibility Criteria

Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate

1. The candidate should be an Indian National.
2. Passed the HSC with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects: Mathematics or Biology (Botany and Zoology).
   OR
   Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the above examination.
3. Note: Candidates from states other than Maharashtra shall be eligible for Institution quota only.
4. In case the result of the candidate is given in terms of grades, such candidates are required to submit the graded result converted into equivalent marks authorized by the concerned Institute/Board. The eligibility shall be decided based on equivalent marks.

1. Application form from DTE Portal (for all candidates)
2. Document verification status report from the FC center (Acknowledgement)
3. Seat Allotment letter from DTE Portal (for CAP Allotted candidates)
4. Online seat acceptance letter from DTE Portal (for CAP Allotted candidates)
5. Certificate of Age, Nationality, & Domicile
6. Mark sheet of the SSC & HSC Examination
7. Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
8. Caste Validity Certificate (If Applicable)
9. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid up to 31st March 2025 (If Applicable)
10. College Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate
11. Income Certificate (If Applicable)
12. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate (If Applicable)
13. Defense Certificate (If Applicable)
14. Physically Handicapped Certificate (If Applicable)
15. Gap Certificate (If Applicable)
16. Aadhar Card Xerox of the student
17. Aadhar Card Xerox of the parent(s)
18. Bank Passbook Copy

NOTE:

1. Candidates should keep a Xerox set of the above documents for their personal record.
2. 04 passport size photographs with the candidate's name written on the back of the photographs.
